What are we famous for?
A recent secret sleeper from Visit England awarded us a score of 100% for the breakfast he enjoyed in our beautiful dining room.
We cater for all dietary tastes and requirements (some advance warning is appreciated for allergies). Guests can choose from the traditional Full English, all ingredients sourced from local farms and butchers, to softly scrambled egg with Scottish oak smoked trout, or alternatively something lighter like our ‘five a day’ fresh fruit salad with Icelandic yogurt.
Among the many accompaniments to the aforementioned are breads from local farm and mill; grown, ground and baked just over 3 miles away! Black Pudding is available with notice, but not with a wee dram (it is breakfast after all).
